Library Board of Trustee’s meeting 6/16/22

*Updated library policy to acknowledge explicit materials could be in the library and the library will not place materials on close shelves or label items to protect the public from their content. The library board voted on this loosely written policy, without allowing public comment beforehand.

*Advised the board that they are violating the Idaho Open Meeting Law and if the library does not fix it. A complaint with the Attorney General’s office will be submitted.

*Please do not remove the microfiche & film since there could be evidence for future needs.
